	As American poet Theodore Roethke once stated: “What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible.” This aptly describes what encourages and inspires us. By delving into topics that cover the ideas, people and businesses driving change in our world, we ask the questions: Where have we been? Where are we going?
	Our history Peter Meingast, Vice-President and founding member of Galt Western Personnel - an international, award-winning HR Solutions Provider - created The Galt Global Review in 2000 to mark the company‘s 20th anniversary. Not for profit, the Galt Global Review was created as a means to give back to the communities it serves. It is a free service available for anyone to subscribe to, and is intended to provide value and to promote discussion.
